2018 Summer Mixer Recap
Nashville Product had a fantastic turnout for our June meetup and Summer mixer at East Nashville Beer Works!
Taking a break from our typical agenda, this meetup was different in that we didn’t have a formal schedule or guest speaker, and instead focused on building the strength of Nashville’s product community through networking, the sharing of ideas, and most importantly, enjoying a cold brew and a slice of delicious pizza. As you would expect, the vibe was very laid back and Nashville Product people were able to mix and mingle with some new and familiar faces.
We are deeply grateful to ENA: Education Networks of America for sponsoring the event by filling our bellies with the aforementioned delicious pizza and brew. We are inspired by their dedication to quality and their mission to improve the quality of education across the state and the nation. Thank you for partnering with us.
More thanks to Anthony and the entire team at East Nashville Beer Works for taking such great care of us and providing a fantastic venue for our time together. They have a beautiful light-filled space filled with games and plenty of space to spread out, along with excellent beer, an incredible patio, and one of the best happy hours on this side of Nashville.
Looking forward, have you heard of ProductCamp Nashville? Our mixer provided a perfect opportunity to kick off the lead up to this year’s all-day strategy and learning fest dedicated to all things product! ProductCamp Nashville 2018 is on September 29th and we’ve lined up some excellent speakers and facilitators, but still have a few important slots to fill and know you have important skills and knowledge to share for the good of Nashville’s product community. In addition to speaking opportunities, we would love to have you volunteer, or simply just attend to learn from and connect with other like-minded professionals.
We hope everyone had a great time and look forward to seeing you at our next meetup!
